Investment Objective

The investment objective of the Multistrategy Fund (the “Fund”) is to generate absolute returns through the creation of a diversified portfolio of transferable securities, FDIs, currencies and eligible ETFs.

Investment Policy

The assets in which the Fund invests will generally be denominated in EUR, CHF, USD and GBP. The Investment Manager shall mainly invest the Fund’s assets in a diversified portfolio of listed transferable securities including bonds (both corporate and sovereign) and equities, FDIs (including options, futures, forwards and contracts for differences), currencies, and eligible ETFs. Investments in such asset classes may take place either directly or indirectly through UCITS Funds and/or eligible non UCITS Funds. The Fund may not invest more than 20% of its total assets in FDIs and it is not expected that it will have bias towards any specific industrial, geographic or market sector. The Investment Manager will invest in corporate and sovereign bonds with a credit rating of at least “B-” by S&P, or equivalent. The Fund may only invest up to 10% in non-rated bonds. The target is to have a bond portfolio with an average duration of 5 to 10 years. In terms of equities, the Investment Manager shall generally invest in equities of medium to large cap companies and may not invest more than 20% of the Fund’s assets in shares of small capitalisation companies. The Fund may hold cash and cash equivalents on an ancillary basis. It may also temporarily invest in short-term fixed income instruments, money market funds, and cash and cash equivalents. Such securities may also be held in order to meet redemption requests and also for defensive and/or cash management purposes. The Investment Manager is also expected to invest in FDIs (mainly options, futures, forwards and contracts for differences) and ETFs for hedging purposes and risk reduction. Any costs and fees associated with such instruments will be borne by the Fund. Investors may redeem their Investor Shares on any Redemption Day which shall be the first Business Day of every calendar week.
